The tranquility of Suddenly is usually disturbed only by sheriff Tod Shaw’s unsuccessful courtship of widow Ellen Benson, a pacifist who can’t abide guns and those who use them.

Very good film. Not an expensive scenaryo, quite simple as a matter of fact, and well performed by all artists but specilly by Frank Sinatra.
