Trendel, but knew he didn’t have what it took to direct a TV series so he hired Jack Chertov. The series went on for years and probably was influential in making Westerns the most popular genre of a generation of Americans.
Three Indians are murdered. Each was wearing a medallion when he died. Together the medallions form a puzzle whose solution points to gold.
Jim Lackey is the Indian agent for some Cherokees on the reservation, but he’s not a straight shooter. The Lone Ranger and Tonto have to set things right.
Cannonball McKay runs the local Wells Fargo Stage franchise and when there are a bunch of robberies the Lone Ranger becomes suspicious and must figure out who is bad and good.
