PBS: Nature (1982-)

Nature is a wildlife show produced by Thirteen/WNET New York. It plays on PBS television on Wednesdays.  Sometimes you’ll find some episodes on the Discovery Channel in syndication.  It’s a very well done nature show.  I record this is HDTV at home.

Here’s a bunch of episodes:

      1. Chernobyl is still very scary. The “sarcophagus” is questionable. It sure isn’t gonna last a million years which is about how long it will take the 185 tons of nuclear fuel still in it to get “cold” enough to remove. Plants 1, 2 and 3 are being dismantled. People will be dealing with plant 4 for thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of years.
