  1. This is a bit of a drag. After last weeks episode the producers of Warehouse 13 are delaying the internet broadcast of new episodes by 8 days.

As far as I know, we will be a week behind from now on. It’s not the best news. I don’t have sci-fi channel either :(

It’s not the worst news. We still get to watch all the episodes for free.

  2. Well that “SUCKS” – but at least we’ll be able to see the episodes here on Retrovision TV – I can wait – Unfortunatly it comes to reality that “Big Business” will eventually squash “free TV” – it is just a matter of time -
I’m just glad that you and I,and the viewers of Retro, are able to enjoy “Free TV” while it lasts.
Thanks Kev, and keep up the Great work,
    Rich

  3. I don’t know about that. I have a really good internet line, but I skipped the CATV part. I have Netflix. I use an antenna with an old computer I have dedicated to a video recorder. Between movies and OTA TV I get enough TV.

The signal from digital broadcasting over the air is excellent. It used to be that you almost had to have cable to get a decent TV picture. Those times have changed.

Hulu proves there is enough interest in providing free tv and I think maybe the digital broadcast might be a renaissance for over the air television broadcasters.

As much as you might think there is some big business thing trying to stop free tv, I think that you’ll find big bucks getting behind it. You’ll notice the MPAA and RIAA are having difficulties putting the genie back in the bottle.

Really enjoying how the WH-13 series 2 is progressing with the relationship and character development of the the WH Crew. Can’t wait for the “tell tale” Time will Tell episode.

  5. This is a terrific show. It just a tickle to watch. I can’t decide who my favorite character is because they are all so much fun. I hope the writing holds up, because the cast is magic.

  6. Kev -
I’m really enjoying Claudia being thrown into the “mix” and Lena taking over WH duties. 2 artifacts per episode are really making things interesting. I thought I knew where this series was going – but I don’t care anymore – This is “Pure” entertainment and I’m looking forward to every episode. “Cliff Hanger” is definately the definition for this series.

  7. We are still going strong with the latest episode of Warehouse 13. If you haven’t caught this show, it’s really worth your time.

  8. Fabulous 2nd season – can’t wait for season 3
Heard there will be a “Christmas Special” in Dec – hope you will post that

  9. Kev
The next series (3) started yesterday – will you be posting the new season episodes? If there’s still an 8 day wait – no problem – I’d rather watch them here on Retro TV
    Thanks
    Rich

  10. I am not sure. Hulu claims that they will be available after the season is over on broadcast, but Season 3 episodes are being posted. Last year they said they’d post stuff 8 days.

We’ll know in a week I guess. If we get S03-e02 in a week, we’ll have our answer.

Watched Ser 3 episode 1 here – thanks – the “new” guy certainly adds a good mix to the series. Glad Mika was included – Gonna be interesting this year –

  12. I wasn’t impressed, but I am going to reserve judgement.

Joanne Kelly (Myka) claims she will be in season 3 along with Jaime Murray (H.G. Wells).

Allison Scagliotti (Claudia Donovan), who is pretty enough and probably talented enough to be Audrey Hepburn, got some incredibly rotten writing.

Cross fingers that this doesn’t degrade. I could see this series rocketing to the toilet.

Season 3 isn’t off to a good start. I would give it a 2, and since I am a fan, I give everything up to now, a 4.

Smallville was a pretty good show for a season and a half. Bummer.

  13. Well Kev – just watched the S3 EP2 and I have to disagree with you. This series has always had more surprises than imagined. Still a “Great” show, and looking forward to more interesting twists in the future.
The original cast is back – plus a newbie – and should make for a good season.

    1. My mom died the day before I watched s03e01. It might have influenced my review. I haven’t checked the latest episode.
