Taking place in Quebec City, The Whispering City tells the story of a lawyer and a patron of the arts, Albert Frédéric, who, earlier in life, caused a murder and made it look like an accident for financial gain.     1. Predictable but interesting. Michel, who admitted earlier in the movie that he had a fear of heights, takes Mary, on their first date, to the highest point in Canada, the Montmorency Falls. Will he, or will he not throw her over? That is the question. Watch the movie to find out. You will not be disappointed.
